General Ticket Policies

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges unless a show is canceled. There are NO REFUNDS for tickets purchased unless a cancelled/postponed performance cannot be rescheduled. We CANNOT ISSUE a refund for mistaken purchases

Inclement Weather Policy

In the case of inclement weather, refunds will be awarded only if the performance is canceled and NOT rescheduled.  If the performance is postponed and re-scheduled, then the original tickets issued are valid for the new date. In the event that a show is canceled, we will make every effort to inform all ticketed patrons via phone and/or email as soon as possible.

Tip: Updates will also be posted at pinelandsthespians.org and Facebook.

Photography & Video

For theatrical performances (plays & musicals), photography and video recording during the performance is strictly prohibited.

Electronic Devices

Electronic devices such as cell phones, pagers, digital watch alarms, etc., are permitted into the theatre, however PLEASE turn them off prior to taking your seat!



Seating Policies

  • Disturbances – Pinelands Thespians / Pinelands Regional School District Theatre reserves the right to remove anyone who causes a disturbance or disrupts the experience of other patrons. Patrons who are removed will not receive a refund.

Ticket Delivery

Pinelands Thespians Theatre offers the following methods of ticket delivery for phone and internet orders:

  • Will Call – Pick up tickets at WILL CALL starting 1 hour prior to the performance.

  • Print at Home – You will receive an email after online payment including a link to your tickets for printing. You may also go to the ‘My Account’ section of our web page at any time to reprint them.  Skip will call and head directly to the theatre entrance with your printed tickets.

  • Display on Device – You may display your tickets on your mobile device at checkin.  Please have the brightness turned all the way up and have your tickets ready.
